Acceptable Use

Keep event experiences safe, useful, and respectful.

This policy applies to organizers, staff, guests, and anyone uploading content or participating through an Event Parade event page.

Do Not Upload or Share

  • Illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, exploitative, threatening, or unsafe content.
  • Photos, documents, music, logos, artwork, or other material you do not have permission to use.
  • Malware, scripts, phishing content, spam, or attempts to disrupt the platform.
  • Private personal information that is not needed for the event experience.

Do Not Misuse Events

  • Do not impersonate guests, staff, organizers, venues, sponsors, or Event Parade.
  • Do not flood galleries, activities, wishes, or forms with spam or irrelevant submissions.
  • Do not use the platform to harass guests, collect unauthorized data, or run deceptive event experiences.

Moderation

Organizers and EPHS may hide, remove, or restrict content that appears to violate this policy or undermines the event experience. Hidden photos are not visible to attendees.

Reporting Concerns

If you see content or event activity that should be reviewed, contact the event organizer or email support@eventparade.com with the event name, page link, and a short description of the issue.
