Using the Platform

You may use EPHS to plan, operate, and support legitimate hospitality, venue, conference, agency, private, and public event experiences. You are responsible for using the service in a lawful, respectful, and event-appropriate way.

Organizer Responsibility

• Organizers are responsible for event data they upload, including guest lists, seating, branding assets, menus, and instructions shown to attendees.
• Organizers should have the necessary permission to use guest data and uploaded content.
• Organizers are responsible for configuring staff access and removing access when staff no longer need it.

Guest-Generated Content

Guests and staff may upload photos, messages, notes, or activity submissions. By uploading content, you confirm that you have permission to share it and that it does not violate law, copyright, privacy, venue rules, or event standards.

Account Security

Admin and staff users are responsible for protecting their login credentials and for activity performed through their account. Notify support if you believe account access has been compromised.

Availability and Pilot Flexibility

EPHS is operated as a practical event operations product and may change as the service improves. We work to keep the platform reliable, but live service availability can be affected by maintenance, provider issues, connectivity, or event-site conditions.

Abuse and Restrictions

Do not use EPHS for illegal activity, harassment, spam, malware, impersonation, copyright abuse, unauthorized data collection, or events that create safety, privacy, or operational risk. We may restrict or remove content, events, or accounts that violate these terms.
